The 2023-2024 School Supply lists and Medical Management forms are now available!
To view the 2023-2024 forms, please click on "FOR STUDENTS" from the header, then select "School Startup" from the drop down menu. For information on Medical Management plans please contact the office by email at riverdale@epsb.ca.
Supply lists for the 2023-24 school year are now available. Supplies can be purchased through School Start, or through a store of your choosing.
Students that require prescription or non-prescription medication to be administered to them during school hours must have a Medical Management Plan (MMP) in place with the office. If your child has a severe allergy that requires an epi-pen, or asthma that requires an inhaler, please contact the office at 780-425-7600 prior to the first day of school to complete your MMP.
